DHS SAFETY Act Certification

SFI is one of the few physical security companies that holds DHS SAFETY Act Designation and Certification. Effective October 16, 2008, SFI’s Physical Security Services were added to the “Approved Products List for Homeland Security”. Certification is the highest level of protection provided under the SAFETY Act. To attain this certification SFI was required to demonstrate consistently proven effectiveness (with high confidence of enduring effectiveness) in the service we offer that qualifies as “Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology”(i.e., uniformed security officer services & technology). We worked diligently to achieve this certification in order to provide both SFI and our valued clients with additional tort protections against liability threats arising from acts of terrorism.
